For Steel Project Engineering S.r.l., this is a first experience of this kind, and we embrace it with enthusiasm: welcoming students means opening the doors of our daily work and sharing, in a concrete way, technical skills, methodology and professional culture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2593\">In this first edition, we will host four students, two female and two male participants. This is particularly meaningful for us, in line with our commitment to PdR 125, which promotes gender balance and equal opportunities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2976\">During their time at the company, participants will have the opportunity to closely observe the processes and typical activities of our sector, working alongside our team on training activities consistent with their educational path: from technical work organization and understanding design documents to learning about the tools and best practices that guide engineering design.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3156\">For us, this is a tangible way to invest in the future and help build a bridge between education and profession, offering a valuable, respectful and growth-oriented experience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3243\">Welcome to Steel Project Engineering \u2013 we are pleased to begin this journey together.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our first school\u2013work placement project has officially started in collaboration with the Geometers Institute of Livorno.
