href=\"https:\/\/lg.csrreport.it\/rapporti\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2575\">https:\/\/lg.csrreport.it\/rapporti<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2752\">The document represents a transparent reporting tool outlining the company\u2019s activities, decisions and results in the fields of environmental, social and governance (ESG).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"3020\">Although it is not a mandatory requirement for our organization, Steel Project Engineering has voluntarily decided to prepare and publish this report, convinced that sustainability is a key element for responsible business development and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3022\" data-end=\"3140\">The SMART Sustainability Report clearly presents the company\u2019s commitment across several strategic areas, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3407\">\n<li data-section-id=\"trzfjb\" data-start=\"3142\" data-end=\"3195\">\n<p data-start=\"3144\" data-end=\"3195\">attention to people and the enhancement of skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mqlnak\" data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3246\">\n<p data-start=\"3198\" data-end=\"3246\">promotion of equal opportunities and inclusion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ssef2k\" data-start=\"3247\" data-end=\"3327\">\n<p data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3327\">integration of digital innovation and sustainability within design processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"f9xmaa\" data-start=\"3328\" data-end=\"3407\">\n<p data-start=\"3330\" data-end=\"3407\">attention to environmental impacts and responsible management of activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3409\" data-end=\"3654\"><strong>The report was developed thanks to the collaboration with Servizi di Promozione e Sviluppo Economico and the PID Office \u2013 Punto Impresa Digitale<\/strong>, which supported the company in structuring and publishing the document on the dedicated platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3938\">This initiative represents another step for Steel Project Engineering towards a more transparent, innovative and sustainability-oriented business model, in line with the values that guide the company\u2019s daily work and its relationships with clients, partners and the local community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"2012\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9473\"
