{"id":5477,"date":"2022-04-05T15:38:46","date_gmt":"2022-04-05T13:38:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.steelproject.it\/grand-ethiopian-reneissance-dam-in-etiopia\/"},"modified":"2022-04-05T15:38:46","modified_gmt":"2022-04-05T13:38:46","slug":"grand-ethiopian-reneissance-dam-in-etiopia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.steelproject.it\/fr\/grand-ethiopian-reneissance-dam-in-etiopia\/","title":{"rendered":"Grand Ethiophian Renaissance Dam"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>GERDAM (Etiopia)<\/h1>\n<p>Oggi vi parliamo della Grand Ethiopian Reneissance Dam (di seguito GERDAM), una diga a gravit\u00e0 sul fiume Nilo Azzuro, in Etiopia, in costruzione dal 2012.<br \/>\nAi piedi della diga principale, ai fianchi del canale di scarico che reimmette nel fiume Nilo le acque del bacino, sono situate le due centrali idroelettriche principali, che ospitano rispettivamente 6 e 7 generatori a turbina.<\/p>\n<p>La GERDAM rappresenta la centrale idroelettrica pi\u00f9 grande in Africa, nonch\u00e8 la settima nel mondo.<\/p>\n<p>Anche il portale Fondazione Promozione Acciaio ha condiviso un articolo sull\u2019impianto GERDAM, lo trovate a questo link : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.promozioneacciaio.it\/cms\/it7779-centrali-idroelettriche-in-acciaio-grand-ethiopian-renaissance-dam.asp\">https:\/\/www.promozioneacciaio.it\/cms\/it7779-centrali-idroelettriche-in-acciaio-grand-ethiopian-renaissance-dam.asp<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Delle due centrali idroelettriche dell\u2019impianto, realizzate in carpenteria metallica, la Steel Project ha curato la variante al progetto esecutivo ed il progetto costruttivo delle strutture metalliche.<\/p>\n<p>In ciascuna delle due centrali idroelettriche, i fabbricati che ospitano le turbine, denominati \u201cPower House\u201d, sono costituiti da una sottostruttura in cemento armato a setti laterali senza solaio di sommit\u00e0, sormontati dal capannone metallico; i fabbricati destinati alle zone di assemblaggio, che prendono il nome di \u201cErection<br \/>\nBay\u201d, hanno lo stesso schema statico per la parte metallica superiore mentre hanno dei solai di impalcato a chiusura dei setti verticali in cemento armato. Su tali impalcati vengono assemblate le turbine di generazione prima della loro installazione, che avviene mediante una coppia di carriponte di grande portata.<\/p>\n<p>Sia il padiglione per le Power Unit che quello per le Erection Bay EB2 sono caratterizzati dalla presenza di sei portali trasversali principali, disposti ad interasse variabile da 6.50 m a 13.00 m; ogni portale trasversale \u00e8 composto da:<br \/>\n&#8211; Due colonne realizzate con sezione a doppio T di altezza circa 12.5 m a sostegno delle vie di corsa;<br \/>\n&#8211; Due baionette in sezione a doppio T che sostengono le travi longitudinali porta-capriata e le travi trasversali della copertura;<br \/>\n&#8211; Una trave reticolare trasversale di luce 27 m, con interasse briglie pari a 2.50 m, inclinata del 5% per consentire il deflusso dell&#8217;acqua verso l\u2019esterno diga; le travi reticolari trasversali sono disposte a interasse 6.50 m, incastrate in corrispondenza dei portali ed in semplice appoggio sulle travi longitudinali porta capriata;<br \/>\n&#8211; Due allineamenti di travi reticolari longitudinali di luce 13 m, con interasse briglie pari a 2.50 m, a sostegno delle travi reticolari trasversali di copertura in falso rispetto ai portali;<br \/>\n&#8211; Due allineamenti di vie di corsa in sezione a doppio T con luce variabile da 6.5 a 13 m;<br \/>\n&#8211; Due allineamenti di travi reticolari orizzontali ordite in direzione longitudinale per stabilizzare il fusto principale delle colonne, fungere da travi reggi-vento del baraccato e da trave reggi-spinta delle vie di corsa; luce variabile da 6.5 a 13 m.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre alle strutture principali della Main Hall, per ciascun fabbricato sono previsti dei corpi laterali accessori, denominati rispettivamente \u201cVentilation Building\u201d ed \u201cEntrance Building\u201d che accolgono rispettivamente locali impiantistici o di servizio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
