{"id":8182,"date":"2025-01-15T11:27:41","date_gmt":"2025-01-15T10:27:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.steelproject.it\/?p=8182"},"modified":"2025-06-03T14:28:46","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T12:28:46","slug":"achevement-de-la-mise-en-place-du-spillway-bridge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.steelproject.it\/fr\/achevement-de-la-mise-en-place-du-spillway-bridge\/","title":{"rendered":"Ach\u00e8vement de la mise en place du Spillway Bridge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Un pont sur la cr\u00eate du plus grand barrage d&rsquo;Afrique : un projet d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie structurelle complexe dans un contexte sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;assemblage et le lancement du <strong>Spillway Bridge<\/strong>, un pont routier construit au-dessus du d\u00e9versoir du <strong>Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam<\/strong> (G.E.R.D.) en \u00c9thiopie, achev\u00e9 en octobre dernier, le coulage des dalles et les tests statiques du tablier seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s prochainement. Cet ouvrage se distingue par sa complexit\u00e9 technique et le caract\u00e8re unique de son int\u00e9gration avec le plus grand barrage d&rsquo;Afrique, une infrastructure strat\u00e9gique pour l&rsquo;avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques techniques du pont<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Typologie structurelle<\/strong>: pont routier \u00e0 trois poutres r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec une solution mixte acier-b\u00e9ton sur 6 trav\u00e9es longitudinales et une largeur de plate-forme d&rsquo;environ 11,6 m.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Port\u00e9es<\/strong>: 32 m + 38 m x 4 + 32 m &#8211; Longueur totale: environ 216 m\u00e8tres.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Positionnement<\/strong> : le rev\u00eatement routier en cr\u00eate du barrage est situ\u00e9 au-dessus du d\u00e9versoir, zone strat\u00e9gique pour la r\u00e9gulation des d\u00e9bits d&rsquo;eau, soutenu par deux cul\u00e9es et 5 pieux en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 construits au sommet du d\u00e9versoir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD)<\/strong><br \/>\nLe barrage, situ\u00e9 sur le Nil Bleu, est un projet monumental destin\u00e9 \u00e0 red\u00e9finir le paysage \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;Afrique de l&rsquo;Est. Quelques donn\u00e9es cl\u00e9s sur les infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques :<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Hauteur<\/strong> : environ 150 m\u00e8tres du niveau du sol pr\u00e9existant.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Longueur de cr\u00eate<\/strong> : 1.8 km pour le barrage RCC, environ 5.0 km pour le barrage de sable.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Volume du bassin<\/strong> : 74 milliards de m\u00e8tres cubes.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Puissance install\u00e9e<\/strong> : plus de 6 000 MW, suffisante pour satisfaire les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de millions de familles et encourager l\u2019exportation d\u2019\u00e9nergie vers les pays voisins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les enjeux du projet de pont<\/strong><br \/>\nLa construction du Spillway Bridge a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une approche d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie de haut niveau pour relever des d\u00e9fis uniques :<br \/>\n<strong>Int\u00e9gration avec le barrage<\/strong> : Le pont a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer harmonieusement dans la structure du barrage, g\u00e9rer les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations sismiques de conception attendues au sommet de la cr\u00eate du barrage et en m\u00eame temps garantir le fonctionnement du d\u00e9versoir dans le r\u00e9gime de capacit\u00e9 hydraulique maximale.<br \/>\n<strong>Conception avanc\u00e9e<\/strong> : Le contexte particulier dans lequel le pont est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des solutions d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie avanc\u00e9es pour assurer la r\u00e9sistance du pont aux charges op\u00e9rationnelles et aux conditions environnementales du site.<br \/>\n<strong>Techniques d&rsquo;assemblage<\/strong> : L&rsquo;assemblage et le lancement du tablier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec une grande pr\u00e9cision, en utilisant des m\u00e9thodologies de pointe pour respecter les d\u00e9lais et les contraintes techniques impos\u00e9es par le projet.<br \/>\nCe projet est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une collaboration multidisciplinaire qui a impliqu\u00e9 des ing\u00e9nieurs, des techniciens et des professionnels hautement qualifi\u00e9s, dont les efforts conjoints ont permis de transformer une conception complexe
